Loved everything about this place! The pool area was inviting, and the helpful staff made my stay unforgettable. I particularly enjoyed the new pool bar serving fantastic drinks.

Unfortunately, I encountered a few maintenance issues in the apartment, which detracted from my experience. A malfunctioning door lock caused some inconvenience during my stay.

Our stay was marred by a lack of communication regarding essential maintenance on the pool, which caused inconvenience especially with an 11-month-old. We were not informed in advance, resulting in delays that affected our plans for the day. the apartment showed signs of wear and tear, such as washing facilities that kept breaking down and an unusable iron, which was critical for preparing clothes for a wedding.

A lovely escape with quirks

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a lovely heated mirror in the modern bathroom. The pool area was immaculately maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. the courtesy room was available for late check-out, which was a lifesaver.

While the apartment was comfortable overall, the air conditioning was limited to only one of the bedrooms, making it warm at night. There were also small issues like a loose toilet roll holder and limited space for hanging clothes.

Pool area had a very relaxing atmosphere.

i was just so unimpressd! the balcony was litterally filthy with dead moths, and the skirting boards? a disgrace, really. also, after such a stressful journey, no one even offered a welcome gift, like, what did i do to deserve that? honestly, i almost gave this place a good review but just couldn’t.

The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach, and the staff genuinely friendly and helpful. Loved the spacious pool area with neat sunbeds, although the internet connectivity could be frustrating at times. The shower took a bit to heat up, but overall, it was a lovely stay.

The lack of comfortable bedding provided a rough experience. both the mattress and pillows offered little support, leading to restless nights. The cleanliness of the balcony could use attention, as I found dead moths and bird dirt upon arrival. the security could be a concern. with reception closing early and the gates left open, it felt less secure during the evenings.

The little cafe on-site serves up some delightful bites—think buttery croissants and hearty Tex-Mex from El Parralito Cantina just a hop away! Plus, the pool area is lovely, perfect for sun-soaking on those comfy loungers. Can't forget how clean and fresh our One-Bedroom Apartment was, with a smart TV ready for late-night movie marathons!

Just a perfect match for resting at all in Puerto del Carmen with great value for money. The touch screen electric hob was a nice surprise, making cooking easier and fun. Bring swimwear for the chilly pool, you’ll want to take a dip!

Perfect Home Away from Home!

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The One-Bedroom Apartment was recently renovated, featuring a very spacious and modern layout with all the amenities you could think of, including English TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool area was a highlight, with a lovely clean environment and warm water that was perfect for relaxing swims. having a supermarket just across the street made it extremely convenient for stocking up on essentials. I wish there had been some form of dining options on-site to enhance the experience further.

The recently updated apartments were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The accessible walk-in shower and comfy furnishings made my stay enjoyable, allowing me to relax without any hassle.

A pool bar would enhance the relaxing experience.

The apartments are spacious and super clean, with comfy beds and lovely facilities. Location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beach. The sunbeds by the pool are great! 🌴 The newly opened cafe serves delicious vegan salads. Yum! 😋
